Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Instinctive Advantage Training and Consulting, we strive to deliver top-quality firearms training while maintaining professionalism and safety. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and instructors, the following policies are in place regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds:​
1. Course Registration Policy
  • All courses require a deposit payment at the time of registration to secure your spot.
  • Registration is non-transferable without prior approval. Students must be the registered attendee unless otherwise arranged with us.

​2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellations Made by the Client:
    • 7 Days or More Prior to the Course Date:
    • Clients may cancel for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
    • 3-6 Days Prior to the Course Date:
    • Clients are eligible for a 50% refund or may opt for a one-time rescheduling at no additional charge.
  • Less Than 72 Hours Before the Course:
    • No refunds will be issued. Clients may reschedule for a future course date with a $20 rescheduling fee.
  • No-Shows:
    • Clients who fail to attend a scheduled course without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

​3. Rescheduling Policy
  • Clients may reschedule their course date one time without penalty if notice is given at least 72 hours before the course start time.
  • Additional rescheduling requests will incur a $20 administrative fee per request.
  • Rescheduling must be completed within 60 days of the original course date, subject to course availability.

​4. Course Cancellations by Instinctive Advantage
  • In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, instructor illness, safety concerns), clients will be notified as soon as possible.
    • Clients may choose between:
      • A full refund.
      • A rescheduled course date at no additional cost.

​5. Late Arrivals
  • To ensure safety and the quality of training for all participants, we request that clients arrive on time.
  • Late arrivals (15+ minutes after the course start time) may not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued. Clients may reschedule with a $20 rescheduling fee.

6. Special Circumstances
  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend a course due to an unexpected event (e.g., medical emergency, family loss), please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer rescheduling options or a partial refund depending on the circumstances. Documentation may be required.

​7. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used at registration. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
